High Wycombe broker announces Giles rebrand

Bus and coach insurance specialist SBP Chapman Stevens has today begun trading as Giles Insurance Brokers following a rebrand.

The High Wycombe-based broker - which boasts more than 30 years' experience in its sector - was acquired by Giles in November 2008.

After continuing to trade under its original name, the broker has now decided to "fully integrate" the brand into Giles.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
