Hastings unveils 200 job recruitment drive

Hastings Direct has revealed plans to create 200 new jobs over the coming 12 months as it targets an extra three million customers by 2020.

The Bexhill-based broker confirmed the first positions including part-time, full-time and temporary roles will be recruited for over the next few weeks.

Amanda Menahem, HR director, also revealed that the broker was introducing its first fast-track graduate intake this September and stated the company "urgently" needed to get new faces in.

She added: "We are a real bright spot on the South Coast. The new roles will be across the business and whilst they are full time equivalents as we operate in
