JLT in Miller raid to bolster risk practice

JLT Risk Practice has raided Miller Insurance for three additions to its broking team, Insurance Age can reveal.

The company confirmed that Matthew Grimwade - who joined the corporate risks team at Miller in 2010 - is set to join as placement leader.

Mr Grimwade boasts some 20 years experience in reinsurance, broking and risk consulting.

He has previously been managing director of Aon Global UK and also led Aon's direct property unit for European domiciled risk.

Meanwhile, his Miller colleagues, Trevor Young and Kiran Nayee - who were both also part of the corporate risks team - have also joined JLT's
