Swinton boosts Scotland reach with commercial office opening
Swinton Group has snapped up Kirkintilloch Insurance Services as it further expands its broker offering north of the border.
The move will see the broker open its first Scotland office - based in Kirkintilloch, six miles from Glasgow - solely dedicated to commercial lines services.
Kirkintilloch Insurance Services' staff have been kept on and Steve Anderson has been named as commericial centre manager.
Speaking about the move, Carolyn Callan, director of Swinton Commericial, said: "The acquisition of Kirkintilloch Insurance Services is an exciting time for Swinton Commercial in Scotland.
