CCV has made two acquisitions, bringing its total in 2012 to four.

The broker has purchased a controlling interest in Suddards Davies & Associates, an independent broker based in Leeds.

All 15 staff will be retained, with Bill Geelan continuing in his role as managing director.

CCV has also fully acquired Hertfordshire-based Garden City Brokers.

The business has been merged into Just Insurance’s office in Hemel Hempstead, and the current owners Tony and Christine Craske are to retire, although they will remain as consultants for a period of time.
