BLG adds roofing and contractors warranties to Shield range
Roof Clad Shield provides a guarantee against defective workmanship, materials and design in roofing and/or cladding works resulting from an inherent latent defect.
Periods from five to 25 years will be considered, even after works have been completed, and premiums start from £500.
The specialist broker said it was responding to requests for warranties for mid-size projects and that it was pleased to fill a gap in the market.
The second new addition, Guarantee Shield, is a long-term warranty
