Merlin in administration
Merlin Claims has entered administration with BDO confirmed as administrators over the Merlin group of companies.
Mark Shaw and Shay Bannon of BDO were appointed in the role for the Merlin group of companies on 8 August 2012.
The companies, headquartered in Bromborough, Wirral and with offices across the UK, provide loss adjusting and claims management services to a range of clients in the insurance industry.
The full lists of companies entering administration have been revealed as Merlin Claims Services Holdings, Merlin Claims Services Finance, Merlin Claims, Merlin Commercial & Complex Claims, Merlin
