Blanc promises big changes within six months

Amanda Blanc

Axa’s Amanda Blanc has promised brokers that they will see substantial changes to its relationship management approach within six months as the insurer brings personal lines intermediary and commercial lines into one structure.

"As with my initial restructure last April... will brokers see a difference on day one?" asked Ms Blanc, "No I would be kidding myself if I thought that would be the case. Will they see the difference by day 90? Definitely. And after six months they should see a big difference."

Ms Blanc, CEO of Axa commercial lines and personal intermediary, told Insurance Age, that the previously announced move to unite the two divisions had been made after listening to feedback from brokers.
