Hiscox launches global media, entertainment and events division

Hiscox has merged its operations in global media, entertainment and events with a new division to be headed up by Suzanne Kemble.

According to the insurer the new division will serve as a one-stop-shop for a wide range of risks including media errors and omissions (professional indemnity), property, production insurance, advertisers' contingency and event cancellation.

The division will focus on insuring clients ranging from advertising agencies, publishers, and broadcasters to production companies, film studios, event organisers and individual exhibitors.
