NIG recruits underwriting chief in Scotland
NIG has appointed Neil Bowen as area underwriting manager (Scotland) with responsibility for underwriting across its commercial book.
He has also been tasked with developing the provider's account through the existing broker panel as well as looking for new opportunities with Scottish brokers.
Mr Bowen has worked in the insurance industry for 22 years - 20 of which have been spent in Scotland.
He joined Aviva (then Norwich Union) in Glasgow in 1992 as a commercial underwriter, moving to Chubb in 2001 as property development underwriter (Scotland). In 2005 he joined Primary Broker Services as underwriting manager (Scotland and
