Esure broker partners with CDL to launch iPhone app
Esure Broker and Sheilas’ Wheels Broker have launched apps allowing existing customers to access their policies on smartphones.
Both broker brands were launched by Esure in November last year in a move designed to broaden its risk appetite in the motor market.
The technology, developed by software house CDL, enables customers to access their online accounts, check their insurance documentation, make mid-term adjustments and generate new quotes using their iPhones.
The apps can also connect to mobile controls such as the phone dialer, email and camera, which CDL claims will be useful in the event of an accident when it is
