Broker Network and Aviva in total split
Broker Network members are no longer able to place business with Aviva through the network following a break down in the relationship with the provider.
Insurance Age understands that Broker Network had been involved in negotiations with the provider for 12 months before the relationship came to an end last week.
A source claimed that the network decided to disengage after it had become frustrated at Aviva's lack of understanding of the model and the value it offered the provider.
"The network persevered [with discussions] but Aviva made it impossible to do a deal," the source stated. "Broker Network exhausted every avenue but Aviva just didn't
