Axa Commercial Lines has added a Local Training Club facility to its range of professional development training services for brokers.

According to the insurer, the Local Training Clubs will provide the senior management of brokers with practical skills and techniques they need to develop their businesses and communicate effectively with their customers.

Regional Axa branches will host the events, with external specialists delivering the majority of training and workshops.

Topics covered will include health and safety training and advice on how to create customer advocacy.
