Ageas looks to Groupama for new household underwriting chief

Ageas has appointed Groupama’s head of household as its new head of household underwriting.

Craig Allen will be responsible for managing the performance and profitable development of the home account through the control of pricing, underwriting and business development activity.

He will report to Ageas’s underwriting director, Adam Clarke.

In addition to his time at Groupama, Mr Allen has worked at Aviva and More Than.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
