Powerplace not a top-five priority, declares Hodges
Towergate chief Mark Hodges has declared that Powerplace is not even in the top five of his priorities at the insurance broker.
In his first interview since taking on the role of group chief executive at the consolidator - set to be published exclusively by Insurance Age on Monday 2 April - Mr Hodges stated: "One thing I would never profess to be is an IT expert.
"Being really honest, of all the things I've got on my ‘to do' list to create value for the group in the next two to three years, Powerplace is important but it's not in the top five or six priorities."
The frank admission came despite Mr Hodges highlighting he
