Peter Blanc to take over as Oval CEO
Peter Blanc is set to become the new group CEO of Oval with current chief, Phillip Hodson, taking up the role of non-executive group chairman.
Mr Blanc, who has been deputy CEO since 2007, has long been tipped to take over the hotseat.
He joined Oval when the consolidator purchased FMW Risk Services in late 2007 where Mr Blanc had been the managing director for just over seven years.
Mr Hodson will move to take up the role of non executive group chairman in place of Andrew Brown, who is retiring from the board after five years.
In addition to Mr Blanc's appointment, it was announced that Jeff Herdman has left the company after eight
