Mike Keating resurfaces at specialist MGA

The former managing director of Axa Personal Lines Intermediary, Mike Keating, has returned to the market at a specialist non-standard property underwriting agency.

According to sister title Postonline, Mr Keating has resurfaced as managing director of UK operations at the Chelmsford headquartered company Midas Underwriting this week, after snubbing offers from a number of insurers.

The business also has an office in Newtownards, County Down where it is recruiting presently for non-standard household underwriters, motor underwriters, claims handlers for both property and motor and accounts technicians.

Mr Keating left Axa Personal Lines suddenly in December

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
