Post webinar: Professionalism and expertise: The case for Chartered status

Webcast - Professionalism and expertise - The case for chartered status

Monday 5th March 2012 - 3.00pm GMT. As the Chartered Insurance Institute celebrated the second anniversary of the launch of the Aldermanbury Declaration, this webinar brought together a host of insurers that have embraced 'Chartered' status, to find out what it has meant for their business in practical terms.

Aimed at being recognised as the 'gold standard' in terms of professionalism and expertise, the webinar in conjunction with the CII sought to discover how these insurers have benefitted from working towards the 'Chartered' title, not just internally, but in how they interact with customers whether policyholders or brokers.
