Investigation begins as Riverbourne is rescued

The Riverbourne Group, the Caterham-based broker that recently entered administration, has been purchased in a deal that will see the business split in two.

Fellow brokers Aston Scott and The Insurance Partnership have purchased the broker’s Caterham and Leeds offices respectively.

All jobs have been safeguarded. The deal was brokered by administrators Anthony Cork and Stephen Grant of accountancy firm Wilkins Kennedy.
