Welsh broker ranks 85 on 100 Best Small Companies List
Thomas, Carroll Group has re-entered the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies list.
The Caerphilly-based broker placed at number 85 overall. It also came in at number 59 in the leadership category which reflects how employees feel about the head of the company and its senior managers.
According to the Times, 85% of staff gave a positive response to the statement that they would not leave the firm if they had another job. Of the broker’s 103 staff, 36 have been working there for over a decade.
