Barrere steps down from three directorships
Bernard Barrere has resigned as director of MMA Holdings UK, according to papers filed at Companies House.
Mr Barrere, who was appointed joint CEO of the company just three months ago, has also seen his directorship of MMA Insurance terminated.
In addition, the FSA Register shows that Mr Barrere is no longer a director of MMA sister company Provident Insurance, a position he held for just over one month.
