Network announces membership target as it expands into commercial

Personal lines specialist,1 Answer Network, has predicted that it will have 100 members by 2013.

Having added 27 new members in 2011, taking its total membership to 77, the network is planning a further push into commercial lines with the appointment of David Gayton to the newly-created position of head of commercial.

Mr Gayton will specialise in developing the network's commercial lines strategy. Trevor Cutts, director at 1 Answer, told Insurance Age that he expected the offering to be operating within three months although he stressed it would be an evolving situation.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
