peter-20bignell

Groupama has appointed three new regional underwriters to its development underwriting team.

Steve Scrimgeour has been promoted from his role as new business underwriter in London to cover the entire South East region.

Peter Bignell, previously at Allianz, has been appointed as underwriter for East Anglia and the East Midlands.

Finally, Barry Gibbons will have responsibility for the North West.

Dawn Dillaway, head of commercial underwriting at Groupama, said the new team would help brokers take advantage of new SME business opportunities by providing a more local underwriting presence.
