TVL expands with Maestro acquisition
Tasker Ventures (TVL) has acquired Cheshire-based Maestro Insurance Services.
Steve Hepburn, Maestro founder and director, and Ann Bowyer, also a director, will continue to manage the company.
Mr Hepburn said the deal, which has been approved by the Financial Services Authority, was an “excellent opportunity” for Maestro to expand.
