Bluefin finance staff facing the axe

Bluefin has confirmed that 23 jobs at its Gravesend and West Wickham offices are under threat as part of a strategic review.

As revealed by sister title Post Online, Bluefin is centralising its finance function in Milton Keynes where it has an established finance team and spare office space.

It said it would be creating 12 new jobs at this location.

Bluefin's chief financial officer, Robert Organ, said: "We have reviewed the finance operations function with a view to improving efficiency, general management control, account reconciliation and customer service.
