Liberty Mutual names new COO
Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe (LMIE) has appointed John McCammon as chief operating officer.
He succeeds Patrick O’Brien, who has been appointed chief executive officer of Liberty Insurance Ireland.
In his new role Mr McCammon will be responsible for the company’s continental Europe division, and will also work with UK brokers.
Mr McCammon’s most recent role was head of claims for LMIE, and he will be reporting to Sean Rocks, CEO of LMIE.
Mr Rocks said: “John has a great depth of experience across a wide range of insurance lines.
"I know he will bring the same degree of professionalism
