Insurer service improving, according to survey

A fresh vision

Service from insurers in the UK is improving, according to figures released by Jelf.

The broker conducted its bi-annual insurer trading survey, which it launched in 2009, to identify best practice and spot trends among its top 24 insurers.

The results, derived from 300 staff responses, showed that Hiscox was the top performing insurer, with Axa coming in second, Allianz and Ageas tying for third and DAS and RSA tied at fifth place.

Hiscox has moved up from second place last year, and in total 22 of the 24 insurers subject to the survey improved their performance scores.
