Marsh’s UK leader moves to European role
Marsh has appointed Martin South, CEO of UK and Ireland, to the newly-created role of CEO, Marsh Europe.
The broker confirmed that Mr South would continue as CEO for the UK and Ireland until a successor was in place and that in his new role, he would retain responsibility for Marsh's operations in Turkey and India.
He will report to David Batchelor who was recently named president of Marsh's international division having been CEO of Marsh Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
