Hyperion launches takeover bid for Lloyd's broker
Hyperion has entered into talks with Lloyd's broker Windsor regarding a potential offer.
The move could signal that Hyperion is close to making an initial public offering, something the company told the Telegraph it was considering in 2009.
Windsor declined to comment.
