Towergate suffers two more senior resignations

An exit sign

Two senior managers at Towergate have handed in their resignations in as many weeks as the change of culture under new CEO Mark Hodges takes effect.

Insurance Age understands that Andy Smallwood, MD of Towergate Retail’s Midlands division, and Sally Swann, MD of Towergate Risk Solutions Nottingham, have both handed in their notices.

It is understood that Mr Smallwood is still in discussion with Towergate but his resignation is expected to be completed and that Ms Swann has already made her intentions clear.

Mr Smallwood was appointed to his MD role only last August along with ten other regional MDs. Prior to that he was MD of Towergate TLC
