Axa boss quits to "pursue other interests"

Mike Keating, managing director, intermediary and partnerships sales at Axa, has left the business.

A statement from the insurer said he had left to pursue other interests. He has been replaced by Nick Turner former director of UK partnerships.

Steve Hardy, CEO Axa personal lines, said: “I am delighted to welcome Nick to our personal lines business at what is a very exciting time in our evolution.

“He has a wealth of experience and his last role focused strongly on developing long-term valuable partnerships for the Axa Group. I look forward to working with him.”

Brokers upbeat on 2024 growth – Aviva

Brokers are more optimistic about growth in the coming year than they have been since before 2020, according to Aviva, with 83% expecting their business to grow compared to 76% last year.
