Cobra undergoes restructure following broking sale

Cobra Holdings has been split into two divisions following the sale of the company’s broking business.

Two new divisions have been created – wholesale and retail – and will be headed up by John Lincoln and Steve Burrows respectively.

The wholesale division will include Cobra Network, Cobra London Markets and Cobra Underwriting Agencies.

As head of this division, Mr Lincoln will take a place on the board of Cobra Holdings. He will remain the managing director of the network and London market operations and Michael Bowler will remain in charge of Cobra Underwriting Agencies.

Mr Burrows will take up
