Groupama appoints new claims director
Groupama has appointed Darren Wills as corporate claims director.
He joined the company in 2007 as claims planning and performance manager, and was made head of claims development in January 2011.
His appointment comes only nine months after former claims director, Phil Bird, lost his job following a restrucutre that split responsibility for claims between Kevin Kiernan and Malcolm Smith, the respective directors of Groupama's personal and commercial lines divisions.
Mr Wills will be based at the Groupama claims centre in Port Solent, and will be reporting to
