RSA makes structural changes

RSA has announced a restructure of its operating structure and an appointment to its executive team.

The group will be organised into four regions - UK and Western Europe, Scandinavia, Canada and emerging markets – and the changes will come into effect in January 2012.

Under the new structure Mike Holliday-Williams, CEO Scandinavia and Rowan Saunders and CEO Canada, will join the group executive team.

Adrian Brown, CEO UK, will assume the role of CEO UK and Western Europe, and Paul Whittaker will remain in charge of the emerging markets sector.
