Invicta completes Fountain acquisition

The acquisition, which happened six months ahead of schedule at Fountain’s request, has added 1,500 customers and more than £550,000 of gross written premium to Invicta’s portfolio.

Invicta has now bought Fountain’s entire portfolio having already acquired the Dorset-based broker’s commercial and motor policies in May 2011.
