RSA appoints More Than man to head up e-business
RSA has appointed Ian Hood as group e-business director with responsibility for broker self servicing options.
Mr Hood will also be responsible for improving the insurer’s efficiency with electronic tools and systems such as direct selling capabilities.
He joined RSA in 2009 as head of e-business in its More Than division, and before that was head of e-commerce at Swiftcover.com.
