Towergate Broking MD resigns

David Partington Towergate

Towergate has confirmed that David Partington has resigned from the broking division.

This move follows the news on 14 October that new group chief executive Mark Hodges had hired former Heath Lambert products and markets managing director Graham Barr to CCV as chief operating officer.

As part of a wider shake up, CCV CEO Michael Rea, who is among the internal candidates in the running for the overall CEO role, has been given a wider leadership role which now takes in Towergate Retail, the former business of Amanda Blanc who is now at Axa; and its IFA arm Towergate Financial.
