Board changes at Swiss Re

Robert Henrikson is the Swiss Re board of directors’ choice to succeed Robert Scott on the board once he resigns on reaching retirement age.

Walter Kielholz, chairman of the board of directors of Swiss Re said: "I am delighted that Robert Henrikson has agreed to his nomination. With his extensive experience in the insurance industry as a chief executive officer as well as chairman of the board of directors, he brings a deep expertise in business of our most important clients and in the key US market."

Henrikson is a US national who has served as chairman of the board of Met Life since 2006 and was Met Life's CEO from March 2006
