UKGI compliance membership approaches 400
UKGI has signed up ten new members, including both established and start up general insurance brokers, in its push for growth.
The compliance specialists said the growth had resulted in it hiring two new consultants in the summer, Sarah Toy and James Burnett who joined from Axa and Oval respectively.
Mark Wood, managing director of UKGI, said: "The creation of the Financial Conduct Authority next year will also stimulate demand for the assistance we can provide, especially on issues such as client money and sales processes, which seem to be at the front of mind for many brokers at present."
