Hastings Direct to recruit 100 extra staff
Hastings Direct has announced a recruitment drive to fill 200 vacancies including 100 new jobs.
The company stated it has nearly doubled in size over the past two years with 150 extra staff already employed this year alone. It added that the new opportunities were across a range of functions including sales, customer operations, IT, claims and underwriting with over half the roles customer facing.
Amanda Menahem, human resources HR director at Hastings Direct, said: "While we are a fast growing company, over a quarter of our staff has more than five years' service.
