Survey warns on toxic lack of trust

A survey of 1,000 people across the country by Constructaquote.com has found that 42% of employees do not feel secure in their jobs.

According to the company, a lack of trust between employees and senior managers in the current economic climate is profoundly undermining work place morale and affecting productivity.

Employees in London had the highest levels of insecurity with 44% saying they distrusted their boss and 46% felt insecure about their job.
