Network Spotlight day 10: Momentum’s Pepper warns networks

Howard Pepper, managing director of Momentum, tells the audience that networks need to provide a much broader range of support services to their members in his interview for day 10 of the Network Spotlight series.

"Insurers still seem to be chasing volume at the expense of good underwriting performance. But I do think that lots more questions are being asked and in the longer term everybody needs to achieve value out of a network - the insurer, the broker and the client. I feel there is some doubt around whether that is being achieved," he says.

In his bespoke mystery question, Mr Pepper argues that the new recently started and still relatively small network would be capable of surviving a hardening
