Allianz overhauls its motor repair network

Allianz Insurance has restructured its motor repair supplier moving to a consolidated supplier network structure consisting of nine regional repairer groups.

The insurer said this approach would be reinforced by a national repairer group which would support the regional operators where required.

Jane Riley, motor supply chain controller, commented: "Improving the customer experience is our number one priority and our analysis revealed that our new model will more than halve the cycle-time for repairs.
