Up to 50 redundancies announced at Crawford
Crawford & Company has confirmed that following a business review it expected to make up to 50 roles redundant across central support services and Crawford General Insurance.
The claims management company stated that the move was designed to respond to changing market conditions and ensure resources were correctly allocated across the UK business.
As a result of its review the company will be creating four Crawford Commercial hubs in Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool and London and recruiting additional field adjusters along with extra claims handlers in its Broadspire company.
Crawford added that it was aiming to limit the need for compulsory redundancies by focusing
