Brown joins RSA board

Adrian Brown

RSA has appointed Adrian Brown to its board as an executive director.

Mr Brown has been chief executive of the group's UK business since September 2008 and currently sits on the group executive committee, reporting to RSA group chief executive, Andy Haste.

Having worked at RSA since 1989, Mr Brown has held a number of senior management roles across the group, including UK chief operating officer and UK director of personal lines.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
