Towergate adds more corporate muscle to board ahead of flotation
Towergate Insurance has announced its intention to appoint Truett Tate as an independent non-executive director.
Currently group executive director wholesale at Lloyds Banking Group, Mr Tate will be appointed to the board of CCV, subject to regulatory approval.
Mr Tate is also a non-executive director of BritishAmerican Business Inc. and AFME. He is chairman of Arora Holdings, a director of Business in the Community and a director and trustee of In Kind Direct.
