Markerstudy buys vehicle repair group
Markerstudy has bought £500m revenue firm Tonbridge Coachworks Vehicle Repair Group.
The purchased group includes Tonbridge Coachworks, European Automotive Solutions and Canterbury Accident Repair Specialist and boasts more than 900 members of staff.
Markerstudy claimed the move will provide a secure platform for Tonbridge Coachworks to expand and progress.
The current owner, Vince Scudder, said: "I was surprised by the offer from Markerstudy to buy the businesses. They had looked at what we do and how we do it and liked what they saw."
