Acquisitions an option for Jelf
Group chief executive at Jelf, Alex Alway, has confirmed the consolidator remains in the market for acquisitions but only at the right price.
He said: "We will only do deals if we can see value in the market place. We are getting good organic growth anyway, if we can see value we will purchase bolt-on deals. We might not be restricted to insurance, we might look at employee benefits as well. As of today we have got nothing definite."
Mr Alway added that the company was interested in commercial insurance and health care insurance brokers and would not be restricted to southern England where it has "a very strong geographical footprint"
