M4 and Allianz locked in talks over capacity provision

M4 Underwriting’s coverholder agreement with Allianz hangs in the balance as the pair continue negotiations, Insurance Age understands.

A spokesman for Allianz Commercial said: "We remain in negotiation with M4 Underwriting and an extension to the current capacity agreement has been put in place while discussions continue."

The underwriting agency currently offers commercial combined and motor fleet cover to brokers with its capacity from Allianz.

A spokesman for M4 Underwritng confirmed the negotiations were taking place but said that he had nothing more to add.
