Brokerbility members reveal best performing insurers

Axa Commercial Lines has topped the Brokerbility bi-annual Satisfaction Survey for the second consecutive time.

The survey, conducted among Brokerbility’s 33 individual broker members, rates the organisation’s seven key insurer partners’ performance when dealing with claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction.

According to respondents to the survey, most were satisfied with the performance of Axa in terms of service in the three key areas and overall.

The French insurer was followed in the overall satisfaction category by Allianz in second and RSA in third.

In claims, Axa secured a 76%

Brokers push for more from RSA/NIG
